   The Downs Driving School is an independant school which prides itself on teaching in a friendly considerate way. We have a long record of high pass rates in both the theory and practical tests.

   Great care is taken to introduce the necessary skills in a way which allows real understanding of the principles involved. This leads to pupils who become truely able & confident drivers.

   We use air conditioned, dual controlled and power assisted vehicles for your comfort, and have a policy of using larger engined cars, which are more flexible and user friendly.

    Fully adjustable controls mean everyone from the tallest to the shortest can find a comfortable driving position.

   Lessons can be booked with Jon Weekes at The Downs Driving School in the daytime, evening, or weekend to suit your needs. Pick up is usually at home, but can also be from work/school/college within our area of operation.
